Dear readers,
Hope you're all OK and are enjoying this festive season as another Christmas (makes you realize how time flies by sometimes) is about to roll in...turkey, mince pies, smoke salmon, foie gras (for those who have a big appetite), beans...and probably many others (which I probably forgot!) and of course the gifts...:)
Anyway, just a short article today (don't worry Elsie & Ethan will be back soon), I won't be long.
